Best river cruise for the Danube?(Avalon,Uniworld or Viking )

I have never taken a river cruise and i am not sure wich product to use for a Danube cruise. Are they pretty much the same? Please post any experiences and if anybody had sailed different products.

Yes, they are pretty much the same. Most of the river cruise companies plying the US market are on the same level and do offer similar cruises. My advice is to get all the brochures, compare the specific itineraries (shore stops and shore tours) and then compare the amenities of the ships ( WiFi, free wine for dinner, ...). Then choose the one which fits your needs.

 

If you´re searching this board you find many reviews about the mentioned companies. You won´t find anything bad about them. They are all trying to attract the same crowd of passengers, they are all offering basically the same experience.
