Where can she open it up?

It is against the law to exceed the speed limit in FL.

But, if someone in Ft. Lauderdale had a rented vette and wanted to take a chance they could take I-595 west all the way US# 27. You may have to take I-75 north for a little bit, just where I-595 and 27 meet.

US#27 is a 4 lane road north-south with very little traffic. It is on the edge of or in the Everglades. Then it goes thru the sugar cane and cattle fields a bit further north.

Even though it would be wrong, someone could go pretty fast out there and probably not get a ticket.

I wouldn't do it on I-95, the FloridaTurnpike or I-75, there are plenty of bad drivers on those roads.
