What do you do in the evenings?

I have noticed while walking around the ship after in the evening that most places aren't very crowded. So, I'm wondering where you can be found after dinner?

Many people go to the shows or other entertainment venues, casinos, bars. There are always things to do when the sun goes down inside and outside as well.

I voted for "other", though I guess it's technically "walking on deck". We like to get in the pool/hot tub after dinner in the evening when it's not too crowded. :D

We are definitely casino hounds. After dinner it is back to the cabin to change and then onto the gaming tables. We like that period of time where the late seating is in the dining room and the early seating folks are at the show...makes the casino a little more roomy. Occasionally we will go to the headliner show, if we get intrigued enough.

i checked all of the above options- we are all over the place after dinner- if we are winning we spend most of the evening in the casino- taking a break here and there to go hit a show, listen to some music, or back to the cabin for dh to rest his back a minute- then back out for more fun on the ship- at some point we go to the disco to see whats happening in there- too - and if a sports event is on tv , we hit that for a drink or so as well-

its wonderful to have so many options just outside the door and in walking distance-

On my one cruise I went to the casino once, to a show, and walked on deck, went in the hottub, and tried to stay up for those midnight buffet's! ;)

I guess I should have made "party animals" one of the choices. What was I thinking?:) My wife and I are never sure were we'll end up either.

We like "Other" category: family trivia, scavenger hunts, family disco or karaoke. We really enjoy the time with our kids. Then they head to Navigators program and we do all the other things. I was just glad to see so much family events scheduled!

We try calling family and friends,then its all of the above till 1:00 then bed!!!! I enjoy the mornings when its quite.

We do a little bit of everything. Whatever the mood hits us. We are on vacation and really try to relax and not pressure ourselves to do everything everynight. We have a great vacation. It is in our estimation the best vacation. Sailed so far on 60 cruises. So You can see We like to Cruise. IKE

I chose "show" as that's what we usually do in the evening. However, if Bowser from Sha na na shows up again on our next cruise, I think I'll hit the casino instead. Saw him twice, and that's one time too many. Entertaining and all, but to see the exact same show again...

We always go to the show.

 

We also like to go to the extra shows, like Kareoke (sp?) Idol, Quest, and the Love & Marriage show. But we will often stop in to the casino for a few minutes or have a drink or two in one of the many bars (we love checking out the different bands).

 

We also go dancing at least one night on the cruise.

 

If the weather is nice, there is nothing better than walking off our delicious meal with a stroll on the deck (and it's a great way to get across the ship quickly!).

We're all over the place too after dinner. Last year I caught just about every show with my daughters (husband wasn't interested), and then my husband and I would go have a drink in one of the bars. We enjoyed walking around the deck at night, and always end up in the promenade cafe having a cup of tea and cookies before turning in.

When I'm not on vacation, I work all day and go to school at night 4 days of the week. When I'm on a cruise, I try to get as much clubbing in as I can:D

Last cruise we didn't leave the dining room till after 10PM. It was a bar, casino and maybe late night show. Sometimes right back to the room.

I checked "Other" because our family likes to go to the card room and play cards or a board game (we often bring our favorite games along). There would also be a good chance that you could find some of us curled up in the library. And then there's the ever-popular hanging over the railing watching the waves, fully savoring the experience of being on a ship at sea. So many good choices!

We find that there is never a dull thing to do after dinner. :)
