LAX to Cruise Terminal

Will be flying into LAX to board the Monarch of the Seas. Is there a shuttle service going to the terminal or is it just as easy to take a taxi?

There are many shuttle services using vans. If you have a big party with lots of people and luggage, only way to go. Are you flying in the same day as the sailing?

When I asked this question over on the West Coast board, I was advised to select supershuttle rather than primetime.

 

I made my reservation last night - $17.

I think it was Golden west express that we used which was just slightly more than the shuttle without stops. I can find the information if you are interested. I think it was $50 but not positive. We used them in October.

My husband and I will be flying into LAX the day before our cruise and staying overnight at the Crowne Plaza hotel near the airport. Can we take a shuttle from the hotel to the port, or would a taxi be our only option?
