Price has dropped - who do I contact?

The price for our October cruise (we have NOT made final payment) appears to have dropped in price. We booked directly with NCL so what number do I call to get the reduction?

If you booked through NCL you should call them directly. NMNita

I thought that was the case but do you know which number I should call? I've only ever called NCL in the US to order a bar setup ;) so don't have phone numbers to hand.

Thanks

Did you book direct through NCL? Do you have a Personal Cruise Consultant? Otherwise I'd just call the main number...

Wow, the price on the Gem went down??? That's a novelty...

We booked direct thru NCL and dealt with International Reservations - phone 1800-327-7030 (obviously not a free-call when you ring from outside US). One some paperwork I have it also gives a number for UK passengers 0845 658 8010.

Good luck :)

I've just called NCL (phone answered immediately!!) and got the reduced price :D:D We had booked onboard so have lost the OBC associated with that but we are still up $1100.

For those interested - the reduced price is on the Gem sailing from Dover on 8th October to Barcelona and the reduction seems to be for AF category only.

And who said we Scots weren't careful with our money ;)

It is great you got the lower price. Some would be upset they lost the OBC and would miss the price reduction.

I would normally think you should call the same number as that used to book the cruise.

Some smart a$$es would suggest you call the same number you want to call when the rates go up and you want to pay THAT new rate.

Have a good cruise.
