Is Ken Rush the CD on the Liberty?

I love him!

Does anyone know if he actually is the CD, will he still be there in a year?

He is my Hubby's favorite cruise director. I don't know if he'll be on Liberty in a year. We just had him on Radiance last November. He must move around pretty much.

 

In a way it was too bad on this two-day cruise that he really didn't have much chance to show off his many talents.

In a year he will likely have moved on to the new Independence.

When is the Independence due to sail in 2008?

maybe if it is later in the year I will still have a chance to see Ken!

I think it will launch sometime in October 2008.

Independence is set to enter service in the spring of 08. She will cruise in Europe and then move over to FLL in late 08 alternating a six and eight night itinerary.

Thanks for the correction. I guess that is what had me confused...that Independence would start cruises from Fort Lauderdale October 2008. I didn't even consider the earlier European cruises. :o

 

I was wondering why, if Independence OTS is already half way finished, the ship wouldn't reach Lauderdale until October of 2008. Thanks for setting the record straight.

We loved him. He was interesting, entetaining and approachable. I get the feeling though that when it comes time to get Independence going he will be moved there
