engine noise/vibration on Rhapsody

I just booked a room an ocean veiw cabin inthe back of Rhapsody, does anyone know if there is alot of noise or vibrations from the engines. If so how bad is it.

The vibration happens when they put on the brakes, that is what I call it. Basically when they are slowing down the ship you can tell, the vibration gets very noticiable. Otherwise I dont notice it. If the ship is full steam ahead, it is smooth going.

It's been a few years since we were in an aft cabin on Rhapsody, so perhaps the vibration is not constant per Nitra's explanation. But we experienced almost constant vibration. We would joke about the mirrors rattling! It certainly didn't ruin our cruise and we loved the wonderful corner aft huge balcony. But we did shake, rattle and roll.

We feel vibration even on Radiance class ships. And, more erratic motion than in the middle of the ship. It depends on your tolerance, how much it will affect you.
