Nine times out of ten it is about 2 weeks (average) that your tickets come. If they do not come within the two week period than call your t.a. and her check it out.

You definitely should call! I did so tonight for our May 29th sailing - they said they would mail them tomorrow and should receive in 4-5 days...if not, call next Thursday and they will ship them next day.

Another reason to call - I found out that we are now on different flights then what I was originally told...NOT GOOD when the originals were non-stop to Vancouver and now we have transfers AND go to Seattle! They are transferring us but I am NOT pleased! Definitely check up on everything - it can't hurt [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

We are sailing on May 24th and still haven't received our docs... called TA on Tuesday and she said not to worry... we only received our pre-cruise package this week - less than 3 weeks prior to departure. Thank god for Cruise Personalizer!!

My documents came TODAY and we're not setting sail until the 4th of July! I wouldn't worry yet - on our last cruise the documents came about 2 weeks prior. My parents are going with us, but they haven't gotten theirs yet. Still, I'd call to see what's up.
