A friend of mine owns one. What do you want to know about them? Are they a good value as far as purchase? rental?

 

I am going to guess and say they are around 15 years old.

Are you planning on buying or renting? For buying, I'm not sure they are a good deal right now. Home values are decreasing.

 

The beach at 1800 is aweful. It's very rocky and it attracts bums at night. You really can't swim there.
