American Airlines Luggage Valet Service in Miami?

They offered this service for $20 pp on FOS. Your bags are checked through and you receive your boarding passes. We were traveling with 8 people so we thought it was a bit too expensive and did not use the service this time.

We used it on our AOS cruise last year for $10 pp.

If I remember correctly from what I read here you can use RCI's valet service where they give you your boarding passes and luggage tags the night before. You collect you bags and give them to an agent past customs.

I also believe they discontinued the walk up service they had at the pier. With this service you would walk out past customs to an AA counter where, for a fee of $5.00pp, they checked your bags and gave you your boarding passes. We used this in March 2006 and it was very simple but I think they stopped doing it because it conflicted with the RCI program, which cost more but covers more airlines.
