Which Band for 12/12/07 Cruise?

It is my understanding that Siglo will not be playing during this cruise. Does anyone know what or which band will replace it?

Somebody posted that Siglo had left for a break just recently, but I thought they mentioned they'd return in December. ??

I spoke with June, Siglo's drummer, and he said they'd be back for Christmas. Whether that means earlier in December, I don't know. I asked a PG employee if he knew who replaces Siglo while they are gone. He said that a band from Eastern Europe (I think Poland) is the replacement.

Oh, No! I was on an otherwise wonderful cruise on the Silver Sea Whisper 3 years ago, and they had a group from Poland. It was awful! No rhythm........believe me, that band did NOT swing. I found out that many cruise lines recruit bands from Eastern Europe - don't know why. I sure hope the regular house band comes back before the Xmas Cruise, as we will be on the 12-12 cruise!
