Any recommendations for an excursion in Grenada?

It is hard to decide what to do at a port when you only have a few hours. Does anyone have any remommendations on what is a good thing to do or see.

Also wondering if Princess cruises walk off or tender to the town at this port?

We went on the hike to Seven Sisters Falls. The falls were great to see and the hike was nice. We had a great time. The hike is not short and you do cover time difficult terrain, particularly if it has rained. I would recommend it, if you are up for the hike. If you go, bring water (preferable a camelback)

 

We were in Grenda awhile back and at the time, they were tendering in, but I was told that was changing so not sure

Since the opening of the Esplanade the vast majority of cruise dock so you can walk off.

Taht's good news on the docking, since we have such little time in Grenada. I also would appreciate suggestions for non-official excursions.:confused:

Mandoo says it's walk off now that there is a new pier. HOWEVER, cruise booking says tender!!
