Everything is open. There may be the odd Mom-and-Pop operation that closes on Sunday but they're the exception.

Walmart and Fred Meyers were open on Labor Day when we were there, so I'm sure that they are open on weekends.

Both Walmart and Fred Meyers were also open Fourth of July (though they closed early -- 8 or 9 rather than midnight).
