That is perfect. I wear short skirts/halter tops for casual nights, so that is more than okay. Cute too!!

Absolutely not too casual!!! its perfect.....And, I always make sure I have a white and a black thin sweater along for myself and my 3 girlls it is a staple on my list every time...I hate being cold when I am eating.....or watching a show!!!

The dress is perfect. Like the others have said, bring a sweater or a wrap as it will be cold in the dining room

Just wanted to add to anyone else looking for dresses. I noticed an ad running last week for Ross' and it was for evening wear. I went and checked it out and there were ALOT of long formal gowns for $20 and under :eek:

 

I don't know if the event is still on. But if you have one in your area it might be worth checking out.
