Need help with Mobile port information?

We're planning a cruise out of Mobile early 2005. How about some comments and opinions about the port and embarkation facilitites in Mobile? Is the parking convenient, what the terminal like, etc. Thanks for your help. DFD

The Mobile Cruise Terminal is brand new, and looks very nice. I've only driven by there, so haven't seen the inside, but the parking lot is huge, located adjacent to the terminal. Parking will be $10 per day, payable in advance, cash or credit card.
