We were on 12/17 sailing and the concierge was Carlos, he was wonderful, we have sailed with him twice and he seems to be liked by all.

Carlos was one the the best concierge's we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Hopefully he'll still be on board for our January 10th cruise.

I think you will be lucky since he just got back from vacation, I agree he is a great guy. I joke he saved my life since I sat on my husband's only eyeglasses while we were on a TA cruise. He managed to glue them together so my husband could see. I was very grateful he took the time.

Carlos.. he's the main man at RCCL.. no question about that.. anyone that gets to go to his lounge is very lucky indeed..

We just got off a B2B on the Navigator a couple weeks ago. Carlos gave us his business card that had the email address below on it...

I sent him an email when we got home thanking him for everything he did for us and got a response the next day. I would agree with kewlguy... Carlos was one of the top concierge hosts we had the pleasure of meeting. I would put him up among the top two concierge hosts we've had since we've become Diamond members.

We sailed on the Navigator in September when Carlos had just returned from leave. He is, without doubt, the best concierge that we have had.
