I do not believe that there is, as the cruise ship area is remote. If you are taking a cab from the airport, have them stop at one enroute to the ship.

Remote? The Carnival ships normally dock right at Channelside, right near downtown. Not remote at all.

There are no liquor stores within easy walking distance of the port. Have a cab driver stop at either an ABC store or a grocery store, or, if you're spending the night, in a hotel ask if a shuttle can take you to one of them. We've found Tampa to be very spread out and expensive to take cabs anywhere so be aware of that, as well. Have a great cruise!

The information here is true. Yes, the port is at Channelside, but the liquor stores are not nearby; certainly not within walking distance. If you only want wine, there is a wine store inside the Channelside complex, so you can pick up wine from there. If you want liquor and/or soft drinks you'll need to stop at a liquor store. If you're taking a taxi, that should be easy. If you're taking the bus it won't be convenient at all. There is also the issue of packing the liquor once you get it, so the taxi is the best option.
