There is a special VIP/Platinum line for processing however there is no lounge or anything else. Once you process your paperwork you sit with everyone else waiting to board if you are there early.

We did the VIP check in on our last cruise out of San Diego. They were so well organized, they started letting people on board at 11:45 a.m. and even though we were VIP, it really didn't matter as everyone got on board fast. We did get there a little early and maybe that helped. Enjoy the cruise!
