mattR Posted January 15, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2008 Actually I don't want to but my sister dose. Can she check in a box of soda to bring on board the Millenium. Do they have a fridge in the room?
Marytutor Posted January 15, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2008 Unless they have changed since September, the answer is yes. We bring some on board and then replinish at ports. Yes, to the fridge. Mary
LuLaLuvlee Posted January 15, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2008 Technically it's not a fridge, it's a cooler. Things won't get really *cold* but they will be better than room temp. Then you just use your ice from the bucket to make a cold glass of soda :)

Mary I wanted to do the same for my husband because of diet soda limitations. Where do you pack that?
Marytutor Posted January 15, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 15, 2008 I wanted to do the same for my husband because of diet soda limitations. Where do you pack that? I put it in my carryon with wheels. I have used the checked baggage where I put it in a plastic bag. The new zip lock bags by hefty or ziplock are good. The smaller of then fit nicely in the 21 inch carryons. The vacum bags would work also. I had one can leak with a small nick. I see that you live in Florida so you do not have to worry about flying with it, am I correct? We are coming in a day early and I will just buy it at a store in FTL. The best thing would be to buy it in the 12 cans packages and it is easier to put it in whatever you want and then carry it on board. In Europe. they tend to be in 4 or 6 packs. We do the diet ones also and caffeine free which they do not have on board.

I like your idea of the plastic bags. I have them now so that would work out well. That way he will have a bit more of a choice. Thanks!
