Alert Information: Freedom of the Seas has been chartered by Nickelodeon on August 10, 2008.

As a result, all guests who are currently booked on this sailing will need

to be moved.

 

Guests holding reservations on the FR 08/10/08 - 7 Night Eastern Caribbean

MIA/MIA

 

Guests currently booked with name and money in-house may move to:

 

Liberty of the Seas 08/16/08 - 7 Night Eastern Caribbean or 08/23/08 7

Night Western Caribbean, subject to availability, in like accommodation at

the protected (original rate for same category on 08/10/08 sailing) or

lowest available rate on substitute sailing.

Freedom of the Seas 08/17/08 7 Night Western Caribbean or 08/24/08 7

Night Eastern Caribbean, subject to availability, in like accommodation at

the protected (original rate for same category on 08/10/08 sailing) or

lowest available rate on substitute sailing.

Rate protection applies to Commissionable and Non-commissionable Cruise

Fare only, and does not include taxes & fees.

Additional Compensation:

 

$200.00 per stateroom Onboard Credit for categories: Inside, Outside, and

Balcony - regardless of occupancy - and will applied to first and second

guests in double occupancy or more, or single guest in single occupancy.

$400.00 per stateroom Onboard Credit for all Suites - regardless of

occupancy - and will applied to first and second guests in double

occupancy or more, or single guest in single occupancy.

Cruise only guests who incur a fee due to a change in airline reservations

will be reimbursed up to $100 per person; a faxed copy of original airline

receipts denoting the charge(s) must be provided for reimbursement. Proof

of change may be faxed to: 305-373-4381 ATTN: RE-ACCOMMODATION DESK -

FREEDOM OF THE SEAS 08/10/08.

A full refund for amounts paid will be processed to the original form of

payment if guests choose not to rebook. Travel Agency s commissions will

be protected on cancelled bookings.

 

Additional Information:

 

Sailings, other than those offered above, will not be eligible for rate

protection.

The same booking number will be used if guest elect to rebook a new

sailing date.

The Re-accommodation Desks will be open on Thursday, January 24, 2008 and

will remain open through Wednesday, February 6, 2008.

On Thursday, February 7, 2008, any reservations that have not been moved

or cancelled will be cancelled by the Re-accommodation Desk in Wichita.

A full refund for amounts paid will be processed to the original form of

payment if guests choose not to rebook. Travel Agency s commissions will

be protected on cancelled bookings.
