Approx. Travel time to airport?

Can anyone help me with an approximate travel time for our return trip to LGA from the Holiday Inn at 440 West 57th St?

I'm trying to figure out if we should go with a private car service or something like Super Shuttle (4 passengers, loads of luggage), and can't figure out for the life of me how long it will take?

Our flight to Toronto is at 2pm, so for International flights I need to be there 2 hours early, so that means that for us to get there for noon on a Sunday... what time should we be picked up??

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

11am should be more than adequate...especially for a sunday when there should be no traffic

No traffic is should take about a half hour.

There might not be "traffic", but there very might be a parade or street fair that closes down streets.(It seems there is one every Sunday, someplace in Manhattan) You always need to add extra time when driving crosstown in Manhattan.
