Since they downgraded you did they refund the difference in the cabins, which they should have. Spend it on something fun.

The group amenities do vary with each ship/sailing date. And unfortunately, you can't transfer your booking once you have paid in full.

Bummer. Oh well, it was worth mentioning. Sounds like she travels with a group often enough. Maybe it will save her money on a different trip. I know I was surprised that the amount of cabins needed was so low!

Thanks for hanging in there with me. The OBC is for each of the adults in the cabins, so me, hubby and the aunt. Better than nothing. $50.00 per hour for my phone calls and emails.
