Regarding Mexican Riviera, are you able to rent car seats anywhere? On the ship? Or ?

Approx how many lbs is the child. I might be able to help with a few different ideas. And if all else fails...there is a national company that rents baby gear in major cities...would you be leaving from LA?

For Florida, we have been passing this name around on the family board but I don't know if anyone used them yet so I can't personally recommend them if you know what I mean...lol
