Well, it's just another charge, oh well. In the grand scheme of things, they were either going to do it this way or they were just going to raise fares anyway, so one way or another costs are always going up (not necessarily their fault). It's not going to stop me from cruising!

I know it went up from $5 to $7 per person [per day] recently, but what do you mean by 3rd/4th/5th?

I think I read somewhere that they are now charging something like $2 per day per "other" people (3rd, 4th or 5th passenger) in your cabin. Some - correct me if I am wrong?

My first cruise in a previous century, we had a cabin equal to a Carnival 6A cabin, But way smaller, way, way. The beds could not be pushed together. [she got the wet spot, he he he]. The cruise was 11 days, cost $six thousand, eight hundred dollars.

Fuel surcharge went up 2 bucks? Pffftt. Chump Change!

According to my TA these charges started on april 21st .... more than a week ago.
