What a concept a ship amidst the corn fields!!!!!!! It would make for some very interesting port visits! :p

 

With all the flooding going on right now, a ship would float quite well right now. Most of the corn crop has been ruined for this year :(

It is refreshing to see that the west coasters apprecitate our east coast ports. And I do feel for the mid-west cruisers, especially those in flooded areas. My prayers go out to you all!!!!

 

But why I also feel for you is that we are cruising on the Med this year, on our roll call I am seeing people post 2-3 flight connections just to get to the boat. It gives me a whole new appreciation for USELESS Air (USAir) out of Philly. :o DH & I have direct flights to and coming home.
