Lithium Ion Batteries in carry-on's

Does anyone have any recent experiences to report regaring Lithium-Ion batteries for camera's? I know there is a new restriction, but I don't know all the details yet.

Dont worry about it - it refers to some very powerful batteries that none of the consumer gadgetries would use.
