Snorkel Fins-Water Shoes?

We plan on being our own tubes and masks for snorkeling. We don't own fins. Do we really need them for beach snorkeling? Possible snorkel places include Snorkel Park, Tobacco Bay, maybe Church Bay.

 

Will water shoes be required due to rocks, etc.?

You will definitely need water shoes for Snorkel Park. There is a lot of broken coral on the shoreline.

If there are currents, even gentle ones, you definitely need fins.

 

Church Bay is a place you def. need fins, regardless.
