Would love to get to Khan el Khalaili. Can anyone tell me about Sundays? What percentage of the Khan el Khalaili is open on Sunday? Is it 80% closed or 20% closed? Does it reopen on Sunday night?

It would be hard for me to come up with a percentage, but there are definitely a number of shops that close on Sundays and it is much quieter than any other day, according to our guide. We drove by a section on Sunday evening and you could see that it was not swarming with people like usual!
