Grand Circle Travel Russian Waterways Tour

We took the Grand Circle Travel Russian Waterways Tour from June 12-27.

 

1. The hotels in St. Pete and Moscow were excellent.

 

2. The included tours and the optional Catherine's Palace and Peterhoff tours were very good.

 

3. The Rossia boat trip was wonderful; cabin, food, entertainment, shore visits, etc.

 

4. The GCT guides, specially ours, Misha were extremely informative, courteous, fun and helpful.

 

5. Great value for the money and a fantastic learning experience.

 

Nooooo...my wife and I are not GCT employees!

Thanks for the info. We are considering the same trip next June, Since you were in St. Petersburg at the end of June, how much daylight did you have? I think I heard that they have a "longest day" festival the last week in June. Did you get to go to it?

BTW we leave on September 1st for the GCT Romance of the Rhine and Mosel trip.

The reviews on GCT Russia have been excellent. I wish I had chosen that line.

Took this trip June 19-July 9 (with Tallin-Helsinki extension). My wife and I thought this the besty trip we have ever taken. There was nothing we could have asked to be improved upon. Great value for the money. Still going through my 4000 pictures from this trip.
