What # to call for RCCL Visa Redemption request

I have just spent an hour trying to figure out what number to call to request cruise certificates for MNBA RCCL Visa card, every number I have called does not have a selection for requesting redemption certificate. Can anyone help? And how long did it take you to get your certificates? We are cruising on the Mariner 12/12...do I have time?

Call the number for customer service on your statement, which you probably have been. Do what you gotta do to get a live person. It's not automated for point redemption. Dial "O" if possible. The first time is always the hardest. After that, you'll find it easy.

P.S. You've got plenty of time. They should come in a week or so. All the instructions will be on them.

I called the # on the back of the card. Requested on Sept. 8 and received Sept. 18. Filled them out & mailed them in. Checked the other day with RCI and they had been applied to our account...

I was told it would take 6 weeks to get them......mine came within a week. Complete instructions are on the back of the coupon. Be sure to make copies before you send the originals. Sending certified mail is also a good idea.
