VCR on Mercury

Hi,

I emailed Celebrity asking about a VCR in our cabin and was told that there are no VCR's in them. Is this true?

We'll be in Concierge class (if that makes any difference)

I have sailed the Mercury twice and no VCRs. One of the two trips was CC and still no VCR.

Thanks for your response Wayneair - I agree with the what's a VCR comment Cruzbuds, but I saw it advertised, had to check.

I sailed on Mercury in July, just an ordinary ocean view room, and there was a VCR in the room. We weren't sure where to go to get tapes but they may have had some in the library. While on our cruise, they were in the process of updating some of the TV equipment, new receivers and such, so I don't know if the VCR's would have stayed there.

Definitely had a VCR in our OV room on Mercury.

We where in a Sky Suite in January there was a VCR in a OLD TV with tarable Reception Everything was green or pink That was our disatisfaction of the cruise We are booked on Two more Cruises on the Mercury
