Infinity Aft Balconies

I am currently booked on Infinity for an Alaska cruise in cabin 8170. I know that this may sound nit picky, but I just noticed that 8172 has opened up. Does anyone see any reason why it would be worth it to change to the cabin next door, just to be more centered in the ship?

Being centered won't make a difference; not being next door to a family ocean view might make a difference if they have noisy kids. Or a crying baby.

Good to know-

If choosing between 8181 and 9197 (similarly situated) , what should I go for

Thanks , Kim

Go for 8181. We were on 9197 and loved the cabin but noise from upstairs can be annoying. The lower the deck the bigger the balcony. Corner is the best!!

Another vote for FV 8181 over 9197 for the same reasons (one deck further away from the public deck above). We were in the opposite corner FV (8166) aboard Infinity and loved it.

By the way brazilgirl, 8181 has a larger cabin and balcony compared to 8183....
