Formal Nights and Menus for FOS??

Hi! Just wondering which nights are formal nights on FOS??:confused: We are trying to decide the best night for the Specialty Restaurants! Also wondering if anyone has a recent Dinning Room Menu (Dinner, Lunch, or Bkfst)? Any would be helpful!;) Thanks!

Formal nights are usually the 2nd evening and the next to last night---

Can't help with the menus but when were on freedom a month ago the formal nights were monday (night 2 at sea) and thursday (night 5, Grand Cayman.) Apparently formal nights are usually the second night and second to last night, but the ship stays docked in Cozumel until after 6 on night 6, so i guess they don't want people missing formal night, whereas night 5, the ship pulled out of GC by about 4:30. If you have any other questions...fire away!:D
