wf083145 Posted September 26, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2008 We will be on the Eurodam in October.:D Any information and comments about this ship woukd be appreciated. Two of our last 4 cruises were on the Oosterdam so any comparisons with that class would be really helpful.

wwinfl91 Posted September 26, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 26, 2008 I'm on the roll call and have contacted HAL today about trying to get a place and time we can all meet in person. Talk at you later.
RuthC Posted September 26, 2008 #5 Share Posted September 26, 2008 If you've sailed a Vista ship you already basicly know the deckplan of the E-dam. There's a new spot---the Tamarind Restaurant. It's a Pan-Asian restaurant on Observation Deck, accessed via mid-ship. It's an extra charge restaurant, and well worth it. The Silk Den lounge is next to it. The Internet Center (Explorations Cafe) is on Observation Deck forward, alongside the Crow's Nest. The former location of the Internet Center is now additional shops. There's private cabanas on Observation Deck, and by the Lido pool. As any ship, the E-dam has it's good and not-so-good points. The service, food, and atmosphere, though, is typical HAL--that is, it's nice to come home to.
