We went Platinum in 1986, the year that Carnival introduced the program. Our next cruise in in two weeks and it will be our 14th, all with Carnival!! We love the VIP embarkation.

I just went platinum on our 'quickie' cruise on the Holiday last month. #11 is in Dec (DH's platinum cruise). Already looking at 3 cruises for next year, but will probably only get 2 of them. :mad: Stupid work...

 

The best moment of my platinum cruise was ordering my first DOD (first use of the card) and the waiter (hi Komang!) looked at my card, then at me and said 'Welcome home Miss Samantha.' You couldn't slap the smile off my face all day. That one sentence summed it all up...:)
