ekerr19 Posted October 12, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 12, 2008 Shampoo, conditioner, cake soap, shower gel and body lotion are provided and replenished as needed. No razors. I think pills are available at the front desk, but bring some anyway - if you're sick, you may not want to go down and stand in line. Enjoy your first HAL cruise. :)

catl331 Posted October 12, 2008 #4 Share Posted October 12, 2008 sea sickness remedies can be picked up along with pain remedies and bandaids. They can be found in the infirmary usually in baskets to "help yourself". Of course, these are only available when the infirmary is open.

DH insists on bringing his own bonine incase they were to run out. I don't even think he really needs them but he insists.
Scorpiorose Posted October 12, 2008 Author #6 Share Posted October 12, 2008 on my other cruises I never had problems getting those pills. I'm thinking now though, why bring shampoo? Conditioner? Bath gel? I always put them in little bottles, it's a pain. I'm learning to pack ultra light these days!
djhsolara Posted October 12, 2008 #7 Share Posted October 12, 2008 Even though I'm a creature of habit and enjoy the products that I use at home, I've come to realize that the less I have to pack the better off I am...so I now have come to enjoy the toiletries that are supplied onboard. They actually are very nice.

Boytjie Posted October 13, 2008 #12 Share Posted October 13, 2008 No razers...Shaving cream ?? No and No. I only use one kind of razor, most others wreck my skin. Who knows what they would supply, if they did.
