Good afternoon dear cheerleader...

I must have been hearing you...

when I pulled into the garage after spending the morning having breakfast out w/Libby (IHOP but stayed very GOOD) while Alex was at religious school and then brousing the stores (Libby likes to shop.. went to Kohls, Bobs and then the supermarket) I grabbed the rake and started doing the leaves (it's that time of year here in Central CT) since I knew I didn't go to gym yesterday, wasn't going today and the leaves weren't going anywhere.. Worked up a really good sweat.. (hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow).

Got my large mug of H2O and hope to stay on eating plan (did yesterday and the first day back is hardest).
