For ME--credit my credit card:D we already have grats paid by our TA. $210 split between 4 of us!!!!! so we will be watching and watching and watching & not just for Q1 either!!!

We're nervously anticipating oil prices, too! Our $140 fuel surcharge amounts to more than 10% of the total cost of our (inside guarantee) booking. An OBC would be most welcome. *crosses fingers*

I believe it is OBC no matter what. We sail in March as well and were told by RCI that they would not be reducing final payments, they would just be giving OBC.

Yes, because tips can go onto your sea pass charge, as will the OBC. So if you wait until you get onboard and add the tips to your account, then the OBC can be used for it.

My guess is they are thinking if they give it as an OBC, most people will feel obligated to spend it on board, and thus they still get most of the money.
