Shopping near Doubletree

Are there any stores within walking distance of the Doubletree, San Pedro, to buy soda, wine, etc. Thanks.

Not really...BUT...the DT shuttle will take you to the grocery store - Von's? and they have about everything....also, the egg and waffle restaurant up the block is very tasty..we had them drop us there for b'fast, and then after we shopped, had them pick us up at the grocery store...fyi, they sell liquor too.

there is a store not far...I think Vons, but it is further than I would like to walk
