Zaandam - Duty free and Customs

On the San Diego to Hawaii to Ensenada to San Diego circle cruise, I'd assume that there would be duty free sales on the ship while it was more than 12 miles from the US and that there would be a departure duty free shop at various stops in Hawaii. If the Ensenada stop is only from 8:00 pm to 11:59 pm, is there likely to be a duty free opportunity there also? If the ship stops in Ensenada, I'd also assume that we'll have to go through customs, wouldn't we?

Liquor will be held and delivered to you the last night of the cruise.

Yes -- there are shops in Ensenada.

On our Hawaiian cruise we went through customs after going through immigration in San Diego.
