Need your (creative ;) ) help!

We are taking a quick 3 day on Majesty (Jan 2 sailing). Just have to get out of this nasty Michigan weather!

We're bringing along some Royal virgins. In fact, they have only cruised once before, on the Norway. They are two 50-somethings with their 18 and 22 year old kids.

To add a little fun, we'd like to make an "experience this" checklist (scavenger hunt style) for Royal Caribbean, the Majesty in particular. Some clues are vague on purpose so they have to figure out what it is. Here's what we have so far:

* Watch the day of the week change.

* Experience or participate in the Quest

* Grand Marnier souffle

* find free drinks

* Cabin steward/waiter biography

* Take a picture with your animal.

So that's where my creativity ends! I'm sure you all have tons more Majesty or Royal "must-see/do" ideas. We leave for Florida on Thursday. PLEASE help me out!

Not sure this is what you had in mind but here goes:

- How many steps from the elevator to your stateroom

- Name the country of origin of the cruise director

- Name what EVERYONE at your table ordered the first night in the MDR

- How many horsepower to the main engines produce (or how many kilowatts do the generators produce, etc...)

- Find out how much the anchor weighs (The anchors "aweighs?? :) )

- How much ice is produced on a typical day on the ship

- How many cabin porthole windows on the starboard side of the ship. How many on the port side?

If they're still in the game, they probably need to drink more.... :)

If they are taking along digital cameras, you can also make it a photo scavenger hunt.

Picture of you at the rock climbing wall (or someone climbing the wall).

Picture of you at Quest.

Picture of you relaxing in a hot tub.

What is the International Call Sign for the ship??

(Every ship in the world has a unique identification Call Sign!)

For MS Majesty of the Seas it is C6FZ8.

kgrassel...I figured I'd do a search to see if others had already done a scavenger on the Majesty...to get some ideas for you. And believe it or not there is a guy out there who has scavenger hunts for sale for specific cruise ships for $6.99. This is the website if you are interested. But, I've got a feeling between you and us CCers, we'll be able to get you a pretty good list :).

Wow...I did a search too but didn't find that one. Why don't I ever think of cool new ways to make money? Wonder how he's doing with that....

I'm really looking to try to make this a lot of "you must experience this" kind of stuff. Getting to know the staff is for sure one of those things. Learning about the ship, too.

Any other ideas...love the ones so far!
