pazooter Posted November 15, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2004 Not a good scale morning for me. I gained 2 pounds. We had dinner at Outback. Even though I ate only the hamburger meat, cheese, bacon and veggies, (no bun or french fries), I still gained those 2 pounds. I think salt is the culprit. Hopefully I can flush some of it out drinking water. Am about to get on the exercise bike and do some "riding". I hope that others of you had a good weekend.
