How far is Ft Lauderdale airport from Port Everglades? How much would a taxi

be to get there?

10 minutes, under $10, unless traffic is bad - then maybe 15 mins.

The airport is about 5 miles at the most to Port Everglades (you can see one from the other). Not sure on taxi as we have never taken on so maybe someone else can assist you on that question. I don't think it would cost that must for that distance.

Taxi from airport to pier - about $12 - $15 including tip.

Takes only about 10 - 15 minutes.

If going by taxi - have ready your cruise documents along with passport or photo ID to get through security before you actually get to the pier.
