HELP!! Celebrity shuttles from FLL to Port Of Miami

When I made my cruise reservation a month or so ago, I was told that I would have no problems adding air or transportation from the airport to the port at any time before the cruise.

 

I just got off the phone with Celebrity and was told that it is too late to add shuttle service to and from the airport.:eek:

 

The agent I spoke to could offer no reason why I was previously given the wrong information and offered no advice other than to "Get it at the airport.":confused:

 

Does anyone know if I can take a Celebrity shuttle without a reservation?

Any ideas on similarly priced (or cheaper!) transportation from FLL to Port of Miami?

 

There are only two of us.

We are flying in the evening before and staying at a nearby hotel, which has free shuttles to and from Ft.Lauderdale Airport.

 

Any help would really be appreciated... we leave in just a week!!!!

Shuttle & shared ride service to the ship is readily available at reasonable cost at the airport--take your free hotel shuttle to the airport terminal --just walk outside arrivals & ask to be directed to the waiting area--you will have your choice of a private car, shared service or a van all at different rates...--sometimes you will go directly to the ship or other times , stop at a hotel or two if its shared---costs are better than a taxi ride.... try http://www.floridalimo.com for more info but res. are not needed...

 

 

As for getting back to FLL airport after the cruise--not sure-- we always get the ship's bus service & once took super shuttle (a disaster) to a hotel--maybe X can get you on their shuttle after you board... the bus is not pleasant but gets you there...

You are sailing next week and they said the transfer is

unavailable?

I would call back and see if you can get a Supervisor on

the phone.

Normally they always have space on the buses.

Suffice to say, if they are full up I would do the same thing

hcat mentioned. They Fl Limo website will give you plenty

of informtaion.

Going back to the airport after the cruise? I have used

those transfers before and you can sign up for that portion

while you are on the ship.

SAS shuttle. $15/ person from FLL to Mia.

 

Used them 2 weeks ago. Waited 5 minutes and we were in a huge

van with 2 other people.
