I've been wondering the same thing. There is a new sale that give a $100 OBC with booking, which is close to the WOW sale. They just finished the 1/2 price deposit sale. Maybe they won't be combining the two which made it the WOW factor.

is the OBC with any booking? Also, is it combinable with the Diamond balcony discount?

We booked ours during the WOW sale in Oct. If you google you will see they had a WOW sale last year in May, Oct and Dec. Haven't seen one yet for this year and they only last 1 or 2 days so you really have to be prepared. Good luck - its a great sale and our prices have not dropped since.
