caribbeanboy Posted April 1, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2009 I was looking for a TA in the fall of 2010 and could only find for the Navigator and Voyager.
Elizanessie Posted April 1, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 1, 2009 I am wondering if the Adventure is going to stay in Europe as her last sailing here in the new brochure is Dec 18th.
iantowns Posted April 1, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2009 I presume you mean west bound if it's 'fall' you are looking for? We've just got a superb rate on the Navigator crossing from a UK based travel agent.
Ephraim Posted April 1, 2009 #4 Share Posted April 1, 2009 The itineraries that far our aren't all out. But if I remember correctly, Independence is supposed to stay year round in Europe. And it certainly makes more sense than to glut the Caribbean considering that you have Oasis and Allure plying that route every Saturday and Sunday. caribbeanboy Posted April 1, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted April 1, 2009 I mean in the autumn/winter 2010, so yes east bound.
wrp96 Posted April 1, 2009 #6 Share Posted April 1, 2009 Adventure isn't returning to San Juan and is staying in Europe, I believe her homeport is to be Malaga, Spain.
allseas1586 Posted April 1, 2009 #7 Share Posted April 1, 2009 Wow, 3 ships year round in Europe! Quite a bit of added capacity.
djhuff Posted April 1, 2009 #8 Share Posted April 1, 2009 Can anyone confirm Independence is not coming back in 2010? I was all set to do northern Europe and then catch it back to Ft. Lauderdale.
Rare xpcdoojk Posted April 1, 2009 #9 Share Posted April 1, 2009 For transatlantic crossings, in the spring the ships sail from the Caribbean to Europe eastbound. In the fall ships reverse this and sail westbound. jc

Rare xpcdoojk Posted April 1, 2009 #11 Share Posted April 1, 2009 yes you are right. Was still sleeping this morning I guess. Living in Paradise probably causes that! :D I know when I am in the Netherland Antilles I rarely function well in the morning. :D jc
kruzerci Posted April 1, 2009 #12 Share Posted April 1, 2009 Is there any word on if the Southern itinerary will be replaced with another ship or just dropped for the summer?
mjyanne Posted April 2, 2009 #13 Share Posted April 2, 2009 Is there any word on if the Southern itinerary will be replaced with another ship or just dropped for the summer? We'll know in a few weeks but Serenade is sailing the Southern itinerary year round starting this fall.
djhuff Posted April 2, 2009 #14 Share Posted April 2, 2009 I just called reservations, they didn't know what was going to happen wrt Indy coming back stateside in the fall of 2010. Thanks to this site though, I did go ahead and book room 1688 (corner aft D1) on the Navigator. The agent said that the December itineraries would be out within a few weeks and we would know for sure, and I could swap my reservation over.
