Confused by pricing (July)

I have been looking at prices for July/August.

 

July 4th 8 days Boston-NY-Southampton suite $5315

July 6th 6 days NY-Southampton suite $7025

 

Why would this be? seems strange. Is it because only expensive suites are avalable fron New York?

Very odd pricing, but I would be looking at ways to start off in Boston. :D

Could it be that the former is for a Princess Grill suite and the latter for a Queens Grill?

July 4th from Boston is based on cat P1 - Princess Grill

 

6 nights from NY was based on Q5 - Queens Grill

 

It's a moot point now that the 6 night sailing is sold out in Grills.
