lisascott207 Posted May 1, 2009 #1 Share Posted May 1, 2009 We leave in a week and I am trying to think of some fun and entertaining activities to bring on the plane for DS who is 15MO. Anyone have some suggestions?? Here are a couple of things that I am thinking about... Portable DVD player (we dont typically watch much TV, so this will be my vice if we need it) I think I might buy an aquadoodle..do they make small ones? Snacks Books Anythink else we should bring?? cb at sea Posted May 1, 2009 #2 Share Posted May 1, 2009 It really depends how long the flight is! That sounds ample for a 2-4 hour flight. You may need more "surprise" toys and stuff for longer trips! Don't forget the favorite blanket or other "comfort" item.
crusinmama06 Posted May 1, 2009 #3 Share Posted May 1, 2009 I would suggest a travel MAGNA Doodle over an Aqua doodle. You have to wait till the pictures fade (dry) with an aqua doodle. A Magna doodle, one quick slide and the board is clean. CB is right, the key is to get NEW small toys that your child has never seen before. It doesn't have to be expensive ones. Just grab a backpack and pack it with snacks, books, colors, cars...anything that will fit. :) And bring yourself some patience. ;) Are you holding the child in your lap? THAT is the rough part. When my kids were under 2, I still paid for a seat for them and strapped them into a car seat. ;)
