octagonmike Posted May 26, 2009 #26 Share Posted May 26, 2009 She's quite a speedy boat. I reckon she must have been doing about 80 knots ;)

DH would really like the ship to go that fast as she leaves port so that they will get to 3 miles out sooner and open the casino.

Cruz Doggie Gal Posted October 15, 2009 #37 Share Posted October 15, 2009 Hi all,I put this little video together, collected from all the webcams I know of. I condensed an entire 'day' of the Freedom of the seas in Port by speeding up the video. I hope you find it interesting! I plan on doing the same for her return, but who knows if everything will record properly. EDIT: If this link doesn't work, look for a new post in this thread for a new link. (I may delete the above video and put Freedom's departure AND arrival into 1 new video. If I do, I'll provide a new link.) Enjoy :) - Ryan Hi Ryan, Thanks for the video. Really cool. Did you get to go on the FOS yet? We leave on it Nov. 8th, the Grandeur on Dec. 7th, and the Princess Ruby Jan. 9th. Wish you could come on one of the ones we are going on. Miss seeing you around. Thanks for becoming my friend. Ilene (and Murray);)

Ilene (and Murray);) Ilene (and Murray), I haven't been on FOS, but DW went with her mother on FOS back in May. Her mother is actually going on Grandeur on Dec 7th... same as you are, though! Miss seeing you too. :) Enjoy your voyages! - Ryan
Twibes Posted October 18, 2009 #40 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Great job on the video! It was really neat to see it pull into port in the dark, turn, and shine. You've done good when this many people enjoy watching that multiple times, brings the whole ship to life.
