Colo Cruiser Posted May 27, 2009 #2 Share Posted May 27, 2009 it took over an hour on the only other cruise that i have been on (Carnival) ---- we are headed to alaska in june and i hope it doesnt take so long on Princess! All depends on the time of day, how busy they are etc. We have had it quick and painfully slow.
-Lew- Posted May 27, 2009 #3 Share Posted May 27, 2009 We've always had on-time service for breakfast when we hang our order on the door knob the night before. If you wait until morning to call you're risking a long wait. Lew
paul929207 Posted May 27, 2009 #4 Share Posted May 27, 2009 We have ordered room service a few times for dinner. Usually called 7:30 or 8:00pm and got the order in 20-30 minutes.
designsbyjuju Posted May 27, 2009 #5 Share Posted May 27, 2009 We received everything within 20-30 minutes. Our breakfast was always exactly on time or early. They were also very kind! One night there was creme brulee at dinner and I didn't have dessert and had a hankering for it at 9:40 and they delivered it room service for us! Toto2Kansas Posted May 27, 2009 #7 Share Posted May 27, 2009 It's always been quite fast for us also. I think the most we have ever waited during busy times was 30 minutes, but it averages about 20 minutes at non peak times.
